I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through calls, emails, and texts, I received no response for a long time. Eventually, my calls were ignored or possibly blocked. Fortunately, someone finally responded on WhatsApp and provided the information I needed, but by that point, the uncertainty had already caused significant stress. What should have been an enjoyable trip turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve had." Golf cart ride from the center. The food was great and the ground is beautiful. One thing to consider is that even though they have a private beach, you would have to book to both guide in advance in order to be able to get to the beach. If you miss the boat ride, you might not get an opportunity to get on the next one until the following day. In my opinion, it would be nice to have the freedom to go whenever you like and come back whenever you like. The other small issue we had was that we can hear our next-door neighbors really loudly, especially at night when they decided to stay up till three or four in the morning talking and laughing loud. It was impossible to sleep and we had to call the security. Otherwise, the hotel itself is very nice."
